From 1970 to 2000, she was a secretary in the metallurgical industry, principally in research or export. By integrating a mobile team, she worked in different sectors of economic activity.

In this period, she was promoted "Lauréate du Travail de Belgique", by Royal Decree, in 1986 (bronze medal), and in 1994 (silver medal). By way of regulation the gold medal would be for later.

Presently, she collaborates with a fundamental school in Liège, founded by Benedictines, where she assures the reception of visitors.

From her earliest years, she has been made aware of the problems of the developing world. In 1968, she joined the Catholic international movement "Pax Christi". In France and England, she hosted international meeting centers. She participated in pilgrimages: Taizé, Lourdes, Rome and the Holy Land, which inspired her to be open to the Universal Church.

In most recent years, she has taken courses in theology and pastoral care at the Centre de Formation attached to the Diocesan Seminary of Liège.

She became Oblate at Maredsous in 1982, later changing her stability to Paix-Notre-Dame abbey in Liège, in 1988. In 1987 her Oblation took on a radical dimension when she received the Consecration of Virgins (Canon 604).

From 1999 to 2002, she actively participated in the preparation and hosting of demonstrations for the beatification of Dom Marmion. She coordinates the Oblatures of France, Luxembourg and Belgium, which brought her to Saint Peter’s on Sept. 3 2000.
